The fine print
- Points from orders are awarded on the order value after any discounts and exclude shipping and taxes.
- Order points post once the order is fulfilled; if you return items, the related points are removed.
- One-off bonuses (Instagram, email, birthday) are awarded once per account and can't be earned again.
- Coupons are single-use, can't be combined with each other, and hold no cash value.
- Birthday points are added on your date of birth each year, provided your DOB is on file at least 14 days prior.
